The 2014 Aflac WorkForces Report shows the impact health care reform is having in the workplace, the growing importance of voluntary benefits to workers, as well as the correlation between good benefits and business success. The fourth annual AWR incorporates responses from 5,209 employees and 1,856 business decision-makers.

For groups sitused in California, group coverage is underwritten by Continental American Life Insurance Company. Aflac processes most claims in about four days, and online claims received by 3pm ET in an average of one day. This does not include mail time. Online claim process is available for accident, sickness, cancer, and wellness type claims. Processing time is based on business days after all required documentation is received.
